SMIM22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMIM22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,435 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMIM22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDXDC1, TJP3, and TSTD1. Each is linked with SMIM22 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM22-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMIM22 versus PDXDC1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMIM22→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMIM22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
