SMIM22

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMIM22 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,768 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMIM22-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC44A4, RBM28, and CD37. Each is linked with SMIM22 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM22-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMIM22 versus SLC44A4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMIM22→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMIM22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
