SMIM22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMIM22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMIM22-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BC2P, RNU6-726P, and RNU6-929P. Each is linked with SMIM22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM22-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2BC2P grouped by SMIM22-low versus SMIM22-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMIM22→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMIM22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
