The most reproducible SMIM21-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transport along microtubule, Protein-containing complex disassembly, and Regulation of embryonic development. Each is linked with SMIM21 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM21-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM21 results are reported.
