SMIM19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMIM19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMIM19-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5L2, MIR1224, and RNU6-220P. Each is linked with SMIM19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM19-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5L2 grouped by SMIM19-low versus SMIM19-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMIM19→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMIM19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
