SMIM13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMIM13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,010 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMIM13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WRNIP1, CDYL, and PARP4. Each is linked with SMIM13 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM13-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMIM13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMIM13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
