Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMIM13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,316 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMIM13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of RNA export from nucleus, Sex-chromosome dosage compensation, and Nuclear pore complex assembly. Each is linked with SMIM13 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM13-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM13 results are reported.
