SMIM12

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMIM12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,218 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMIM12-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADPRS, MRPS15, and PSMB2. Each is linked with SMIM12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM12-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMIM12 versus ADPRS in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMIM12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMIM12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
