SMIM12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMIM12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMIM12-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSK3-a-b, MSH2, and Notch1. Each is linked with SMIM12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM12-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSK3-a-b grouped by SMIM12-low versus SMIM12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMIM12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMIM12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
