SMIM10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMIM10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,332 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMIM10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EHD2, EHD2_S438, and HSPA12B. Each is linked with SMIM10 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM10-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMIM10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMIM10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
