SMIM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMIM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMIM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GML, RNU6-1215P, and MIR519D. Each is linked with SMIM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM1-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GML grouped by SMIM1-low versus SMIM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMIM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMIM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
