SMG7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMG7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,467 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMG7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBBP5, RPRD2, and ADAR. Each is linked with SMG7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMG7-to-partner and partner-to-SMG7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMG7 versus RBBP5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMG7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMG7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
