SMG7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMG7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,177 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMG7-associated genes across cancer lineages are C7, F13A1, and ARHGEF6. Each is linked with SMG7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMG7-to-partner and partner-to-SMG7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMG7 versus C7 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMG7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMG7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
