SMG7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMG7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,691 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMG7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRRC2C, RBBP5, and STX6. Each is linked with SMG7 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMG7-to-partner and partner-to-SMG7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMG7 versus PRRC2C in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMG7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMG7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
