SMG7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMG7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMG7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMD2, ASIC2, and NPHS2. Each is linked with SMG7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMG7-to-partner and partner-to-SMG7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMD2 grouped by SMG7-low versus SMG7-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMG7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMG7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
