SMG6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMG6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,528 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMG6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are METTL16, RPA1, and CRK. Each is linked with SMG6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMG6-to-partner and partner-to-SMG6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMG6 versus METTL16 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMG6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMG6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
