SMG6

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMG6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,736 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMG6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF167, FXR2, and RPAIN. Each is linked with SMG6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMG6-to-partner and partner-to-SMG6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMG6 versus RNF167 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMG6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMG6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
