SMG6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMG6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMG6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and FASN. Each is linked with SMG6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMG6-to-partner and partner-to-SMG6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by SMG6-low versus SMG6-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMG6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMG6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
