Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMG1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,136 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMG1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chromosome organization, Positive regulation of intracellular protein transport, and Activation of GTPase activity. Each is linked with SMG1P1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMG1P1-to-partner and partner-to-SMG1P1 results are reported.
