SMG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMG1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 78 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with SMG1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMG1-to-partner and partner-to-SMG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by SMG1-low versus SMG1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
