Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,360 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA export from nucleus, Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with SMG1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMG1-to-partner and partner-to-SMG1 results are reported.
