SMG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,267 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FANCE, NPIPA8, and DIMT1. Each is linked with SMG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMG1-to-partner and partner-to-SMG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FANCE grouped by SMG1-low versus SMG1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
