SMDT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMDT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,395 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMDT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ST13, DOK3, and DDAH1. Each is linked with SMDT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMDT1-to-partner and partner-to-SMDT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMDT1 versus ST13 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMDT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMDT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
