SMDT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMDT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMDT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01796, SSXP1, and RNA5SP405. Each is linked with SMDT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMDT1-to-partner and partner-to-SMDT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01796 grouped by SMDT1-low versus SMDT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMDT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMDT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
