SMCR8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMCR8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,662 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMCR8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SHMT1, ALKBH5, and ELAC2. Each is linked with SMCR8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMCR8-to-partner and partner-to-SMCR8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMCR8 versus SHMT1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMCR8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMCR8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
