SMCO4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMCO4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,045 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMCO4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RENBP, GNB4, and NCF4. Each is linked with SMCO4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMCO4-to-partner and partner-to-SMCO4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMCO4 versus RENBP in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMCO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMCO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
