SMCO4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMCO4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMCO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NMNAT1P4, IGHVII-44-2, and OR4D1. Each is linked with SMCO4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMCO4-to-partner and partner-to-SMCO4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NMNAT1P4 grouped by SMCO4-low versus SMCO4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMCO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMCO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
