SMCO3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMCO3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,180 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMCO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP7P3, RNA5SP64, and NDUFS5P5. Each is linked with SMCO3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMCO3-to-partner and partner-to-SMCO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AQP7P3 grouped by SMCO3-low versus SMCO3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMCO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMCO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
