SMC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,537 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO7, KCTD9, and KLHL18. Each is linked with SMC6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMC6-to-partner and partner-to-SMC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FBXO7 grouped by SMC6-low versus SMC6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
