SMC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMC6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, ERK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with SMC6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMC6-to-partner and partner-to-SMC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by SMC6-low versus SMC6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
