Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMC6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,776 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMC6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centrosome duplication, Regulation of centrosome duplication, and Regulation of chromosome organization. Each is linked with SMC6 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMC6-to-partner and partner-to-SMC6 results are reported.
