SMC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 241 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR119, OR2T1, and PDYN. Each is linked with SMC6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMC6-to-partner and partner-to-SMC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR119 grouped by SMC6-low versus SMC6-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
