Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMC5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,153 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, GINS1, and TAF5. Each is linked with SMC5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMC5-to-partner and partner-to-SMC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
