Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,763 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-362P, RNU6-72P, and ATPAF2. Each is linked with SMC5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMC5-to-partner and partner-to-SMC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
