SMC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,603 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARAFP1, RNU6-1082P, and CPSF7. Each is linked with SMC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMC3-to-partner and partner-to-SMC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARAFP1 grouped by SMC3-low versus SMC3-high in GBM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
