SMARCD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMARCD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,656 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTSJ3, TBCD, and KHSRP. Each is linked with SMARCD2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCD2-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMARCD2 versus FTSJ3 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
