SMARCD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMARCD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,224 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COIL, DDX42, and DDX5. Each is linked with SMARCD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCD2-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMARCD2 versus COIL in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
