SMARCD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMARCD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,427 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are THBD, ARSI, and LINC02245. Each is linked with SMARCD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCD2-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMARCD2 versus THBD in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
