SMARCD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMARCD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and GATA6. Each is linked with SMARCD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCD2-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by SMARCD2-low versus SMARCD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
