Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMARCD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,964 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to sorbitol, Positive regulation of hematopoietic stem cell proliferation, and Cap-dependent translational initiation. Each is linked with SMARCD2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCD2-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCD2 results are reported.
