SMARCD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMARCD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, MEK1, and Notch1. Each is linked with SMARCD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCD1-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by SMARCD1-low versus SMARCD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
