Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMARCD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,879 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMARCD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication, Regulation of DNA recombination, and Epigenetic regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with SMARCD1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCD1-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCD1 results are reported.
