SMARCC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMARCC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,157 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPLL, SART3, and SMARCC2_S347. Each is linked with SMARCC2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCC2-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMARCC2 versus HNRNPLL in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
