SMARCC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMARCC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,028 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAN2, RIC8B, and ING4. Each is linked with SMARCC2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCC2-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMARCC2 versus PAN2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
