SMARCC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMARCC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,099 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRP54, TIFA, and FDX1P2. Each is linked with SMARCC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCC2-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SRP54 grouped by SMARCC2-low versus SMARCC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
