SMARCC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMARCC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, PCNA, and TFRC. Each is linked with SMARCC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCC1-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by SMARCC1-low versus SMARCC1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
