Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMARCC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,593 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-DNA complex disassembly, Nucleosome disassembly, and Epigenetic regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with SMARCC1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCC1-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCC1 results are reported.
