The most reproducible SMARCC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of collagen metabolic process, Negative regulation of actin filament depolymerization, and Negative regulation of collagen biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SMARCC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCC1-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCC1 results are reported.
