Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMARCC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 214 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMARCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKAP4, TCP11X2, and HTR3D. Each is linked with SMARCC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCC1-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AKAP4 grouped by SMARCC1-low versus SMARCC1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
