Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMARCB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,715 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMARCB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIH, DMAP1, and RPIA. Each is linked with SMARCB1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCB1-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMARCB1 versus PPIH in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
